Refunds & Returns

I understand that purchasing artwork online can be a big commitment. For that reason, I am happy to refund the cost of your original painting within 14 days of delivery. (Does not apply to commissioned artworks.)

Please contact me by email at yanilenehan@gmail.com so we can discuss the refund.

Every necessary precaution is taken to make sure that any parcel arrives at its destination safely. In the rare situation of an artwork arriving damaged, it must be reported within 24hrs from receipt of the parcel.

Please send an image depicting the damage / fault (including the packaging) with your name, order number and contact number to yanilenehan@gmail.com to ensure a speedy resolution.

Once your email has been reviewed, I will contact you to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If a replacement piece is not available, or the purchase was an original art painting, we will discuss an alternative resolution.

When a replacement is organised, the damaged item must be returned to me prior to the replacement being sent out.

In the event where a product arrives damaged, please allow 2 weeks for the dispatch of a replacement, unless agreed otherwise, to take into consideration re-print times.
